What forms of photo identification are accepted?
- State Driver's License (including state-issued temporary or provisional licenses with photos)
- State-Issued Identification Card
- U.S. or Foreign-Issued Passport
- Permanent Resident Card (i.e., Green Card, Resident Alien Card)
- Mexican Consular ID
- Student Visa
- Certificate of Naturalization
- High School ID
*Please note, if you are an international student you must present your I-20 or DS-2019 along with your foreign-issued passport.

When will my Aggie Card be ready for pickup?
If you are a current student or incoming student, your Aggie Card will be ready for pickup within 24 hours of the time you receive your approval email. Pick up is located at the Westside Kyle Field ticket window (between Hall of Champions & McFerrin). Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
If you are a faculty, staff, administrator, visiting scholar, retiree or other Texas A&M University affiliate, your Aggie Card will be ready for pickup within 24 hours of the time you receive your approval email. Just stop by our office in the General Service Complex, Suite 2801. Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. We are still preparing for the new safety requirement so we are currently not allowing customers in the suite, please knock or ring the doorbell once you arrive to the suite and someone will meet you at the door to assist.
Can anyone else pick up my Aggie Card?
Can I have my Aggie Card mailed to me?
Can I change my picture later?
I am a faculty, staff, administrator, or visiting scholar, can I just pay for my ID card myself?
No. For security reasons, as of September 1, 2015, Student Business Services will no longer be accepting individual employee payments for their ID cards. Employees, guests and visiting scholars' departments will be responsible for payment.
